This time I'll be focusing more on the forums, but I still want to talk a bit more about the main site(seeing that I can't edit either one yet >_>)
Forums 1. Coming along nicely, 3 topics(this'll be the 4th) on its first day too. As we go on, we should categorize the topics like most other good forums do. Introductions of individual members can be done on one forum, Kirby topics go into another forum, off-topic and forum games can go into another....get what I mean? Here's a sample
2. Some praise on being able to upload a custom library of icons, like a mini-Photobucket! Now changing icons shouldn't be so hard anymore. The profiles are also well done, but we should have custom, Kirby-like member levels, not just the generic 'Newbie' 'Member' 'Moderator'. Of course, mods get to have their own custom titles :P
3. Speaking of :P, it's missing from the Emoticons list. And aren't those emotes from dA? All of them?
4. Don't start any big events or contests until we get this whole thing sorted out. Wait till all the forums are ready, then we'll start. Pokefreak's banner contest comes first then. Starting now would be like moving house and sleeping in it without moving any of your furniture in first.
5. DG, now that I've seen the forums, let there be pink!
Now, the main site, I have a few more things I want to ask toadster, since most of it is basically finished.
1. Is it possible to add a Cascading Style Sheet(CSS) as the background?
2. Can the banner be different for each subsection of the site?
3. Found a typo in the 'Archives' section, on the last sentence...'Flaming will NOT be tolerate'
4. The 'Featured Member' in the Mascots section is no longer relevant. We can get rid of it now.
That's pretty much it, until I can think of any more things. Now, the following questions are for DG and his great forum:
1. Can a CSS be used for the background here too?
2. How large can the banner at the top be?
3. Is it possible to add custom images for the Quote, Reply buttons, etc.?
4. The Reply button is on the top of each page on the message board. This means when someone posts, he'll have to read the posts, then scroll all the way back up the page to hit 'Reply'. For convenience's sake, move it to the bottom of the page.
Some things can change, some things I can't. For example, we can't change the emoticons without paying money, but we CAN add multiple forums (I'm actually kinda opposed to this, but whatever) and other stuffs.
We can't use CSS in the background, its just a tile-able image. It doesn't tell you how big the banner can be, but probably pretty big. Also, the title bar thingies can be customized with a tile-able image.
Level names and the post #s required to level up can be changed too, I figured that shouldn't be up to just me.
And Pikaby, this is the first day the forums have been up, and I accidently locked myself out of my house today, so please don't rush me on distributing mod powers XD
Last but not least, if anybody can make a better forum, please do :)
EDIT: I just remembered something. Pikaby, there's a reply button at the top of every post that basically only means "Post" and has nothing to do with the post you're replying to, you don't have to scroll up.
Take as long as you need. I already said you could use phpBB... Oh, and don't mind the CSS. That was just an extra, if we could have it, it'd make our forums look a whole lot more presentable, if we can't, then whatever. The banner should probably be consistent with the one on the main site.
Alright. I fixed the typo and got rid of the featured members. Unfortunately, banners are for the whole site, although you could theoretically create headers for each sector. One universal banner is fine for now.
it will be the same size as the one used for my former Mario Kart clan. The one with Bomberman and Dr. Mario on it. Follow that template. Also, what the **** is a Cascading Style Sheet?
Well, the forums just need a background image and banner.
Background image is going to be tiled and fugly looking, unless they allow usage of a Cascading Style Sheet. Banners, no problem. I can even make individual banners for the sections of the main site, based on the same template. toadster: It's program code, but for backgrounds like this, we have a header and footer image, and a middle part that automatically tiles itself depending on how long the page is. Very neat and convenient.

Well I don't feel like making another forum for a while. Then again, there aren't many members here yet, so we can move ASAP before it's too late. Choices, choices...
