The only cold console I ever had was an NES, and my parents sold it when I was really little. Then came Gamecube and Wii.

I had a SNES, but was too little to know any of Nintendo's good stuff, save for Super Mario World. So my SNES days were a big blur.

Gamecube has the best controller out of just about any console, but its games weren't incredible.
