I dunno, I think L-BLOCK would have a tough time taking Samus, Snake or just about anyone on in a fight. But the image of Snake strangling a block makes me want to stop thinking about this now.

Strangling L-Block would have no effect on it, as L-Block can break up into 4 blocks and recombine at will.
And his Final Smash (ahem) will drown everyone in a sea of Tetris!

Smash attacks: L-block rotates smashing in the smashed direction in a brutal smash attack, smashing those who stand in the way of L-block's smashing smashy smash!

For B attacks? I got nothin'.

B-attacks? Think Tetris DS! He could command other Tetris blocks to attack, like the ever-useful straight line block as its own sword, the other orange L-block as its partner-in-crime, the square block for projectile attacks, bombs, oh, I could come up with lots of stuff.
