I don't have any PS3 games for it right now, however, I'm going to buy LittleBigPlanet and Street Fighter when I get my birthday money. Anywho... the system itself.
It's sleek, it's sexy; it's so shiny, I was afraid of touching it. I nicknamed it DG's Mom, just cuz'. The controller is so god damn light, it fits perfectly into my hands. Six-axis>Waggle Mote. Now... my dad used his credit card, to buy me some games off PSN to keep me occupied for a little while. I chose to get three Playstation 1 games from my childhood. I wanted to be safe, as opposed to blowing the money on something I could potentially dislike. Crash Bandcioot, Spyro the Dragon, and Rayman 2: The Great Escape. All are great platformers.
This isn't the best part. Playstation Home is. You can say what you want about the avatars, but by god, I have never had more fun visiting a virtual mall in my life. I went to the bowling alley and bowled with two black guys for an hour. It felt like real life. I actually preferred the bowling in Playstation Home as opposed to the bowling in Wii Sports. It's much more accurate.
I then went to play chess with some guy in central park, and later went shopping for a new hat.
tl;dr - Best purchase I have made. I already like it better than the Wii. I can't wait for LittleBigPlanet. Say hello to Toadstie, the Sony fanboy. =P Well, not really... I still like my DS.

Sony did not "steal" motion control. Sure the Wii Remote completely overshadows the Six Axis, but it's not like Nintendo "invented" motion. It's been around since the 80's. Look at the NES Zapper, or even earlier, the Atari Light Gun. Using that logic, Nintendo stole their idea's from God. In fact, the PS3 actually came out before the Wii.

Yeah, but the motion control on SixAxis was rushed out after the Wiimote was revealed. Had Nintendo not decided to use motion sensing, I'm willing to bet that none of the others would too.
And the NES Zapper and Atari Light Gun? How many of those had influence on the last 2 console generations? Sure, motion sensing has been around for some time, but no one had ever tried to make billions of dollars out of that idea before until the Wii came about.
I wanna see RE5 on yur PS3! Or all those other games with numbers beside their titles, DMC4, Call of Duty 4, Street Fighter 4, Grand Theft Auto 4, Metal Gear Solid 4....and so on and so forth.
They're pretty fond of the number four this generation :P
