I actually just read the article - the guy avoided answering questions about online and new characters; "we're looking into it" and all that. He seemed to be hinting at both though.

The new one is still called Megaman. It's a result of electromagnetic wave change between Omega-Xis(Mega for short- that's why he's still called Megaman) and Geo Stelar.

The game doesn't seem particularly bad but he's a sorry excuse for a Mega Man.

Same with .EXE. Not a bad game by any means but absolutely RETARDED Mega Man. He's a robot/android/MAYBE cyborg. Not a computer program or alien or whatever. Get it right, jerkwads.

New info! Also, a new trailer!

This “newer” version of TvC, currently dubbed Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, removes one character due to licensing issues, and adds five new ones, online gameplay, more mini-games and an enhanced story mode.

Win. Of the epic variety.

One of my favs got cut, but only because of damn licensing issues. Oh well. Hopefully they add some cool new characters to make up for him. I mean, come on.
