A blood pact is very much a contract. But with more dangerous results. If whom who signs it strays from it's rules, the pact will start silently killing each and every one of signer's friends, family, and citizens.

No, a blood pact is an agreement with blood of some kind. Like, you sign in blood, or prick your finger and drip blood onto the paper, or cut your hand and shake hands with someone who's done likewise (which also makes you into Blood Brothers but whutevs).

Like, when you make a deal with the devil, it'll probably be a blood pact.
