No, a blood pact is an agreement with blood of some kind. Like, you sign in blood, or prick your finger and drip blood onto the paper, or cut your hand and shake hands with someone who's done likewise (which also makes you into Blood Brothers but whutevs).

Like, when you make a deal with the devil, it'll probably be a blood pact.

I was gonna respond similarly, but couldn't figure out how I wanted to phrase it. Thank you for giving the real world definition.

Erm... I change my title to match my current emotion in real life. For the past while, as in TWO YEARS, I've been extremely lonely, and extremely depressed. I finally confessed to the girl I had a crush on. She is right under your nose.
