Kotaku just reminded me that I've been meaning to post this. Name some games with your favorite soundtracks, or specific songs if you have links.

Off the top of my head, Cave Story, Starcraft, Age of Empires I & II, Brawl and Katamari have awesome music, in no particular order.

Donkey Kong Country's at the top of my list - lots of good tunes there. I like the, you know, song that plays in the sails... forget the name... Topsail Trouble?

Oh, and you can't forget Mega Man. I mean, Quick Man, Wily Castle Theme 2, Mega Man 3 Theme... not a single bad song in the classic series, I swear. Capcom is run by musical gods; Phoenix Wright has some of my favorite's too; Cornered being first on that list, with The Fragrance of Dark Coffee right behind it.

And, not entirely sure if it counts, but I've been playing Baba Yetu like a drug since I got back into CivIV.

And then there's age of empires... Holy crap, that music just blows my god damn mind. I forgot how amazing it is.

Taiko no Tatsujin songs rock. X-DAY 2000 is my most favorite.

Then there's Mario Galaxy music, all the Kirby musics, the Animal Crossing theme song, and a few from Wind Waker.
