Metroid Prime Trilogy!

Okay, screw the trilogy. My sights are now on Other M. It's the awesomest thing I've seen in so long, really, it makes me proud to play Nintendo games again.

It looks extremely promising. It looks really action-y though, which is really weird. Not only does it seemingly not have the adventure element, but also doesn't seem to have the shooter element. Just jumping around and shooting things at point blank. But whatever.

Also the graphics sucked. It looked like they just reused Samus's SSB Melee suit for this game.

Not looking forward to Other M at all. Like DG said, WAY too action-y. Could that just be for the trailer? I certainly hope so.

I'll keep my slow and atmospheric Prime games thankyouverymuch.

Pokefreak just hates the Prime games. There is Metroid outside the primes!

I really want a 2D sidescroller Metroid for DS. Maybe a Fusion sequel. NOT A PRIME.

I like Metroid games. Metroid Prime was god-awful.

Other M kinda looks like a Zelda game, to be honest.

It doesn't look ANYTHING like Zelda.

The beginning looks like Final Fantasy. Then the action... Actually looks like a ton of Subspace Emissary cut scenes strung together. And I mean that in the best possible way.

I actually have no idea what the gameplay is supposed to be. It seems to switch between 2D and 3D and first person, which is confusing on a number of levels.

Other M really looked like Final Fantasy...I swore at the beginning of the trailer that I saw FFXIII style graphics in there :D

If it's Team Ninja, then the gameplay is gonne be Ninja Gaiden style. But hey, Nintendo have taken risks before with Metroid, so this one will probably be good as Prime 1 did all those years back. Radical thinking.

The black guy, I dunno. But anyone remember the 100% completion ending in Prime 3? Yeah, something to think about.

Yeah, the the fancy scene at the beginning of the trailer was TOTALLY Final Fantasy. I just hope it isn't ass hard like Ninja Gaiden.

Also Prime 1 was a TOTAL risk. I don't know about you, but I expected that game to be complete crap!

It does have a Final Fantasy look to it, and I like those kinds of graphics.

Did you really expect me to beat Prime 100%!? I barely got 47%!

I thought Prime looked pretty badass. In fact, I prefer the Prime games to the 2D games.

...that's not fair, actually, because I like Zero Mission about as much as the original Prime, and I haven't played Metroid II or Fusion, but, shaddup.

I think Fusion introduced the ice missile. It also fuzed Samus with the SA-X AND a Metroid. MP3 fuzed her with some Phazon... She's going to get really bad cancer.
