K5Star Meetings are a way to gather members of the forum together to help discuss the site and ways to improve it, among other important topics. They are held every fortnight, that's the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month, at 10.00 PM EST. Any interested members should join in at our chatroom at http://kirby5star.webs.com

We don't need to record minutes, as the chat keeps its own log that goes back pretty guldarn far. Unless you really want to. But try looking at the previous posts first, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
