Some pegasus do have horns. And the fly. All the Pegasus Knights are female, while almost all Draco Knights are male.

Pegasus Knights are weak to Wind Tomes (magic) while Draco Knights are weak to Thunder Tomes. All flying units can travel over obstructs, like small walls and rivers.

Want me to explain Laguz?

Edit: Actually, couldn't it be the pegasus' armor that has the horn and not necessarily the animal itself?
