Ah, right, my GBA Not SP was also transparent. Albeit with a hint of blue.
But the DS doesn't look too good transparent. Why not a transparent Wii?

Nobody cares if your Wii is fitted with a modchip or not, Nintendo aren't going to crash through your doorstep with a jackhammer if they SOMEHOW knew that your Wii was pirated. Besides, the circuit board is in the middle of the Wii, hidden behind the disc drive. The modchip cannot be seen without taking the Wii apart, so the clear case doesn't do much good in that regard....It just looks good.
