It's a pretty straightforward game, actually - go around beating people up, save children, finish the level. The controls are a bit wonky, I'd imagine, but it's not a bad game.

I mean, I've never played it, but...

No, but I get a kick out of him spewing profanities all over the place. He's not using them as much as he used to though. I loved his '06 and '07 videos the most.
