The Thirst, Dehydration and Heat Stroke


During the course of physical activity either outdoors or in a fitness center, always will be exposed the body to lose minerals, causing the well-known thirst, which could pose a risk to us, because it can the emergence of other factors a little more important as dehydration and in the case of air can facilitate the development of heat stroke.

The thirst is the main symptom that your body needs fluids, because the internal heat has made ​​this out by natural means such as urine or sweat, this usually occurs during the course of a physical activity, although it can give exposure to the sun or simply because the body requires water.

On the other hand, the dehydration is a symptoms that our body needs urgently hydrate, the main difference that has the thirst with dehydration is that this causes some features such as headache, dizziness and sometimes fainting, usually when there is dehydration is necessary to use sera oral and sometimes water is not only enough to remove it.
